Filters

When grouping doesn't help reduce the amount of data in the results, you can use filters to remove some rows from the table. Component filtering lets you see only those records for specific components. Data filtering lets you filter records based on timing values and how many records are shown.

To filter the results:
  1. Click the View Menu icon (Icon: Execution Time menu dropdown) from the toolbar and select Filters.

The IDE displays the Filters dialog:
    Filtering dialog

  2. Fill in the dialog fields as needed.

For component filtering, enable the checkboxes of the program components (in the table area) for which you want to keep data. For data filtering, specify the threshold values in the text fields.

  3. Click OK to close the dialog.

The IDE then applies the filters and refreshes the view.
