Compiler issues

The IDE includes the following changes to its compilers:

• We've discontinued the Intel 8.1 compiler, icc.
• We've updated gcc to version 4.4, and we no longer ship versions 2.95.3 or 3.3.5.

  After you import a project from IDE 4.0.1, if the compiler is not 4.4, the IDE will detect it and automatically change it for you.
