Reset stroke attribute to its system default

Synopsis:

void PgDefaultStroke( PhGC_t *GC );

Arguments:

GC
A pointer to a graphics context, as returned by PgCreateGC().

Description:

This function resets the stroke attribute portion of the provided graphics context to its system default.
