Shim layer for phdialer to dial up Point-to-Point Protocol Over Ethernet (PPPOE)

Description:

The pppoed binary is a shim layer that phdialer uses to dial up PPPOE. PPP over Ethernet is now part of the io-pkt* stack; for more information, see the entry for pppoectl.
