Expand an item's collapsed ancestors
Synopsis:
void PtFSExpandParents( PtWidget_t *fs,
PtFileSelItem_t *item,
PhEvent_t *event );
Description:
This function tries to expand any collapsed ancestors of the given item. The event is passed to PtFSFolderExpand().
