PtMultiLines_t

Structure for setting multiline text and attributes

Synopsis:

typedef struct
{
    char *      string;
    char *      font;
    PgColor_t   text_color;
    PgColor_t   background_color;
} PtMultiLines_t;

Description:

This structure is used to specify multiline text and its attributes. You can pass an array of these structures to the PtMultiText widget's Pt_ARG_MULTITEXT_SEGMENTS resource.

The members include:

string

The UTF-8 text string to display.

font

The font used to render text. This must be specified as the name of an existing font or as one of the following special values:

Pt_INHERIT_FONT

Use the same font as the previous range.

Pt_DEFAULT_FONT

Use the value of the Pt_ARG_TEXT_FONT resource.

To make text bold/italic, change the font to a bold/italic typeface.

text_color

The color used for the text. This must be set to a valid color (i.e. a variable of type PgColor_t -- see the Photon Library Reference) or one of the following special values:

Pt_INHERIT_COLOR

Use the same color as the previous range.

Pt_DEFAULT_COLOR

Use the value of the Pt_ARG_COLOR resource.

background_color

The color used as a background for the text. This must be set to a valid color (i.e. a variable of type PgColor_t) or one of the following special values:

Pt_INHERIT_COLOR

Use the same color as the previous range.

Pt_DEFAULT_COLOR

Use the value of the Pt_ARG_FILL_COLOR resource.
