gunzip

Uncompress files (UNIX)

Syntax:

gunzip [-cfhLlNnqrtvV] [name...]

Options:

See gzip for a complete listing.

Description:

The gunzip utility uncompresses files that have been compressed with gzip. It's equivalent to gzip -d. See gzip for more details.
